Why Decisions Help You Through Tough Times
It´s no secret that we all live and move within the abstract construction of each Governmental System in each country. As long as we move within a system we cannot decide on our own and we don´t need to decide for certain things. A system is made of standards and rules and asks to follow which doesn´t allow to make our own decisions, at some point.
So what´s left to decide about? It´s our business direction incl. our profession and education, it´s the relationships we choose and it´s the healthiness way we choose live – hopefully quite strict so we needn´t correct much afterwards. These three factors are the VARIABLES. It´s the “only” playground we can use and exploit to be able to move on and change.
Business can get tough! Relationships can get tough! Our healthiness can get tough!
As a quite resilient personality we have the ability to answer to any failure or any sudden collapse. The new situation forces us to think about what´s next. It could be a negative growth, uncertainties and visions beyond the Status Quo. Resilience is the opposite of maintenance, and it only appears and strongly develops once people aren´t trapped and included to a fix system.
A fix system has the role of a typical “leader”. The most resilient people make strong decisions and do not really belong to a running system. They´re way more experienced than followers of a system. You will find them in each country, apart from its system as self-leaders.
So any answer to a challenging “what´s next?” question is calling for a decision and any decision asks for information and a clear mind with a certain goal. Goal setting is the only way out of tough times! No goal – no decision. The good thing is that tough times call for a goal and this call won´t fade until we do something about it. And everyone is willing to do somthing about curent tough times ONLY to reach better times soon.
…. and what was YOUR last decision? Thank you for leaving a comment!
BE A DECISION MAKER. BECOME OUTSTANDING.
