The Empowered Decision Maker (5) Believe in Yourself
You´ve reached level 5 today, if you have been following my series in 2014. Level 5 means, that you have actively checked out “who” you are and “what” you are. This is very important!
You´ve noted your important successes in your (biz)life, and you explicitly took notice of your talents. Did you read the recommended book and did you do the tests? Then you´ve checked your family pattern to see of how many different puzzle pieces you were created. Once finished with it, looking back down from level 4, you now have proudly entered your solid basis on which you can trust yourself.
At level 4 you learned WHO you are and WHAT you are.
Level 5 allows you now to simply believe in yourself. If you ask yourself now why I am adding this as a single step – easy! Up to level 4 we did some analyzing to get you up to your own surface. I speak of the surface of your own deep “ocean”. This so called ocean includes all what´s (hidden) inside of you.
From now on your trip is future oriented, you look up now and with the fact to now believe in yourself you simply add the missing or rusty mechanics to start moving on in life. Fact is, we all get stuck at some point and mostly it´s the missing or fading belief in us which might have turned invisible in front of our abstract eye and emotionlessly we suddenly or slowly turn passive.
All this is a slow process due to losses or missteps over a period of months and years. It´s the intruding tardiness which gets us to halt, without noticing because we still dream of success and on-going movement.
We need to believe in ourselves to DO things.
Action is all about doing, deciding, realizing, changing, enjoying. All this is activity! And this topic belongs to self-development, yes. We won´t DO and try new things in life or business if there is no trust and no belief in us and our visions. It´s that simple.
And all this is relevant for each business! Business grows by decisions and by its staff, and each staff needs annual interviews (at least) to check personalities and hunger. Staff development is a critical factor. Keep it alive!
BE A DECISION MAKER. BE OUTSTANDING.
