Success: 5 Abilities To Own
If it´s about efficiency, profitability and productivity both are included. Everyone strives for success.
Now imagine you bought or have the recipe for gaining 100% productivity which is the maximum of course and you also know about the extra actions and habits of becoming profitable in parallel. Doesn´t this sound like the ideal business model? It is!
But, being successful isn´t just made by a written formula you bought or received – to perform success with your material, you need something else: you need the ability to perform this potential success. Think of a team and you know immediately that you need to add more people like you, with the same ability to perform successfully.
On top of the important material you need the following 5 ABILITIES:
JUDGEMENT: your daily experience and learning from mistakes, reflecting your transactions and tries with honesty, that´s what offers the ability to judge about future situations with the simple goal to make it better or even best.
FORESIGHT: being able to see the whole complex of the situation you are dealing with – lets call it the big picture. It´s your ability to see the complete picture that all the puzzle pieces now give. This includes trends, permanent results, change, stability and other countries.
LEADERSHIP: being able to self-lead or call it to lead yourself which includes self motivation, having dreams and following them consistently, education, inspire others to build a team and lead it to high performance. Knowing you start from the basics, you will start with ordinary people.
COMMUNICATIONS: the ability to understand and accept an appael and also give it to others, being able to react calmly when involved in emotional discussions, offer self-revelation, perfectly dealing with business-content in a conversation, being persuasive – which are all the things you need to give a speech and make a presentation to groups.
SALES ABILITY: explain the facts and features of the product in detail if the question arises, be persuasive on paper and in a conversation, build relationships with customers, motivate others, make decisions and carry the consequences, call for action – simply, be fully competent.
It´s the same with cooking and baking: you buy the ingredients you need – the material – and you also need a pot or a baking dish, a stove or an oven (ENERGY) and TIME. Time simply offers experience. And our ability grows, the more often we try and perform.
BE A DECISION MAKER. BE OUTSTANDING.
