Decisions are either emotionally led by peoples resilience-factor OR decisions are led by the goals and figures of a company.
Are you sure you can devide it this clear into Black & White? Right – you can´t!
Even the goal to reach a certain “figure” by the end of the next quarter is emotionally led by a vision to succeed and be the winner. Reaching this figure is underlined by keeping the employment rate stable or by playing with it to keep it flexible, depending on the goal of each company. But moving heads is way easier than moving numbers on the screen.
And exactly this is the point:
If a company plays with the flexibility of the employment-factor, the resilience factor of each employee will vary and shake. Which is a cause that will effect the numbers to reach. The middle, the fine line between Black and White, which is placed in this small Greyzone is what keeps the hill moving forward.
The bigger and heavier the hill, which is an analogy to a company, the longer it takes to move. But beware once you get this one moving! Motivating the staff to reach a clear, set goal is what Leadership and Decision Making is linked to. One doesn´t go on without the other! They both go hand in hand only.
……… so, are you leading your company “hand in hand” with a strong Decision Process?”
BE A DECISION MAKER. BECOME OUTSTANDING.
