Reallocation
You think you decide? Then I tell you that you only reallocate the possibilities like redesigning your living room! In fact, life is about choices, about our priorities for our future, and deciding is also the biggest way to influence the quality of our life. And we have to improve the quality of our decisions to get there.
Deciding is mostly a reallocation of the options – before we take THE choice.
Lets view the tool “choice by consequence”:
PRICE: if you create a new product or service you have to consider the price. This feature also relates to how often you expect to sell it per year (business plan)
ENDURANCE: you have to discuss the life time circle of the product or service, be real
CUSTOMER: decide who the target customer group is to create the best marketing method
BENEFITS: list all the benefits, brainstorm for more and use a wise ranking to attract the customer!
Consequences lead to the direct outcome for us, the producer and for the consumer, the customer. Describe the consequences well: Try before you buy! What will the experience of the new product be like? Use common scales to describe the problem solving effect. Offer as much information as possible! Ask experts to explain well what the prospect shall understand. Educate!
Any time the customer decides he/she thinks of the benefits: how much or often will this product positively influence my life? How often will I use it? Right here it´s relevant whether it´s a one time service (to install) for improving the customers future long-termly or how the consequent benefits will change the daily life. Benefit is the value!
I think it´s most common that everyone decides by consequences. This typical handling of our daily choices must be launched originally when buying food we need to survive. Everything has its source.
BE A DECISION MAKER. BECOME OUTSTANDING.
