What we ask of our customers to do is what we have to do first on our own. If we act, if we work, if we keep it running, always with a kind of urgency to reach a certain margin just to outbid again our chasing cost factor – follow this pattern and you get the deals with your customers!
The customer from external joins in and does the same: GAME is ON.
Upfront acting, our VISION shall be future oriented. Our WISH is there to reach the goal. We approach this goal by making quite a sum of right DECISIONS.

To reach our result we have to understand our customers and the changing market. External facts is direct feedback. The filter for getting direct feedback is our customer service and the social networks.
Once you benchmark your products with “hits & losers” from competitors you receive a unique insight. Real insights give value and you need these insights for the next pitch. Feedback is relevant but results offer a 100% information about what is going on in the market place.
The customers rating of a certain brand is linked to their own purchase history. Only they decide and know what to buy and how often to replace it. In the past it was almost impossible to track that path down. Only retailers downtown with direct customer contacts or employees of smaller shops in a Mall knew “who” bought “what” and how often.
Search programs of the online biz are able to track that customer path down and they now open the doors of those shops (websites) you entered before by sending you sales or special offers of products you have already clicked on.
Is this the biz model of tomorrow shoppers? Do we stroll through online websites like we do in real life? Still, we walk into shops where we touch products, pick them up, smell or check the colour in day light and then, finally check the price tag. Is this adventure included?
Right now we only view what we could buy. We don´t touch it, we don´t weight it in our hands, we don´t smell it. No, online businesses expect us to know how it feels to go shopping. They want to sell. They ask for the deal. Their shop assistants don´t exist, you can´t ask, none tries to lead you over to the other side and pick up something different today. No, you lead yourself through this virtual shop and you decide which way to turn to find something new, something extra ordinary, something you didn´t yet buy at all.
YOU call yourself for action, YOU create the urgency factor to buy this today. It´s a self-made world of our own decisions we now daily enter. If you´re great in self-leadership you will make it in the long run!
