Being or becoming mindful is part of understanding our “internal” Decision-Making Process. The more we recognize of how we tick – the better, in any way.
Apart from the 4 mental traps which I mention in my live-trainings we surely have to find other blockers in our head, which interfere our decision-making process. There is more that holds us back from any positive choice and action than we believe there is.
