In my last Blog-posts I discussed the Level 1 and Level 2 “entry scenarios” with you. Both level describe how differently we entered the Decider-Level and how it felt to be a starter. Level 1 entrants started off without the decider mentality while Level 2 entrants are already the confident personalities.
Level 3 is all about deciding and decision making! I will discuss the adult stuff with you. I will discuss what makes the difference in life, in business and what causes the pain. I will discuss decision-topics which bring long-lasting consequences and teach us about the win and loss situations …..
But lets first look at what deciding really means. I mean, honestly – does it mean something? What about a decision anyway? When we decide we only act on the appearance of free will. Don´t we? Common, ask yourself: Do you really WANT TO DO this? Or is “this” just a lousy option of a few alternatives which life offers you for your new direction? Is deciding FUN?
One thing is for sure: If you DECIDE FOR SOMETHING in life, and you announce your new decision, you set a clear and strong sign for your environment. And it effects your (potential*) leaders directly because they have to stop leading you. A new decision asks for new leaders and supporters because from now on you need others and you will attract others!
If you decide to enter new land, which is the character of a strong decision, you will meet new folks.
Depending on your current life phase, in case you´re young, it might effect your parents*. Did you decide to degrade them as your ex-leaders? If you are a child with strong parents who are not willing to let go of you, who allow their strong egos to not lose their power over your decisions, who suddenly fight to keep their leadership, be sure there´s a longer energy-flow ahead on which you have to act on strategically.
Be sure you decide on your well being only!
Freedom requires strong decision making. Freedom also requires competence. Competence asks for (self-)education. Fact. A life in freedom means you decide to lead a life for your own dream fulfillment. You are a self-leader. You are not willing to fulfill other peoples dreams. If you plan to live a free life you must master your decision making abilities.
Fast forward: what you have learned on Level 3 is the ability to write your own life plan. You are flexible enough to re-write the last chapter once a big deviation appears. You are inspired to re-write it once your tactic missed your goal, because life sometimes doesn´t play with you. Give yourself new tries with new performers if things go awfully wrong. We do not win every game in life! But we receive additional chances and extra experience the more we give our decision making another try!
So much about the dry abstract of our decision making …… the real life examples will follow! t.b.c.
BE A DECISION MAKER. BE OUTSTANDING.
