Level 2: When did you enter?

February 12, 2014 | Filed under: rita

On Level 2 we see two different “attendee-types” starting both from the zero line “t” (time).  I marked them blue and red because they start from a different time-zone:

Let me point out that this is a co-ordinate plane which I created myself.

The idea behind is that some people start early in life to make own decisions and go for it – officially allowed or by themselves with a fighter-personality doesn´t matter at this point.  One group grows up with a decider identity (blue line) and the others were more or less a follower of their leaders.  All of us mostly start as a kid following our parent(s).  Later in life, we all face the challenge to let go being a follower and walk on alone, which is a challenge for both sides (!).

The blue-line “early deciders” started as kids and couldn´t decide for everything but their mind-set was set. They took or received a fix role with which they identify!  They started as deciders from scratch.  Their decision-experience grew fast and strong.

Benefit:  they never had to switch their thought-process nor had to adjust their behaviors and routines.  They turn faster into a secure personality.  Early deciders are self-confident and they permanently scoop from a huge ocean of experience.

BUT:  their thought-process of HOW they take decisions was probably never adjusted to new challenges in life.  They might have missed to adjust their decision process(es) and simply never extended nor educated it.  They probably never improved on how to make decisions!

Check if this is something which resonates with YOU and please feel free to leave a comment….. t.b.c.

BE A DECISION MAKER.  BECOME OUTSTANDING.
