Your personality on Level 1 is a “non-decider identity”.
Let me put it that strict because we do decide daily. We all make decisions but long-termly they turn into habits and routines and we follow them subconsciously after a while. We turn our regular daily decisions into an automatic running (mental) program which supports us on one side as being efficient and secure, but it also trapps us because we turn a little inflexible.
Of course, if we enjoy being led by one or more strong personalities (leaders) in life we have the luxury to watch others succeed and struggle. If some of the Level 1 personalities didn´t have to think about what´s next on their plan, because they received a script for their life, they simply had more time and energy to think about other things.
Being led by leaders offers security and a free mind about hobbies, education, travels and other pleasures in life. BUT! Everything offers a second side of the story. Yes, if Level 1 personalities suddenly have to take their own relevant decisions, they will sure experience that there´s no more trustful person around to ask. Which can be positive and negative.
Can you imagine how that “feels”? Can you imagine how insecure someone will turn once the wise spring dried out? Who ever relies on someone else in life doesn´t own the luxury of their own experiences. And that´s all people can rely to! Experience is about win and loss. Experience is about our lessons learned and we automatically receive an emotional imprint with each experience. And those imprints offer us an extra “gut feeling”. We cannot replace this easily. We either have good gut feelings or not and we don´t trust our gut. ……what do you think now?
The true benefits of moving in the lower area of a Level 1 decider is that all those people took notice of what TO DO and what NOT TO DO in life. If you are a great observer you can trust the results you noticed and heard from others. If you take those results as your rules now you will be more secure when going out to take your own decisions. Still it´s no guarantee but the information you gathered by now offers you courage and the full replacement of a leader. You kind of wrote a map by yourself.
With a map in your hands, with YOUR map in your hands I guess you are more willing to go out and turn into a decider-identity. Know your direction, have a map for your goals – everything else is just training! You either start early or late in life – go out and train!
….therefore keep in mind: Many roads lead to Rome. But some people don´t want to go to Rome! (Friedemann Schulz von Thun)
