Level 1: Is That Your Identity?
Today I am talking to you to the individual, the personality.
This todays post is not about company goals and decisions, it is a short analytical approach to see “WHERE” you are placed. It may help you understand your current decision standpoint in life as an aid to check what it takes to move on.
Take a look at my photo today, please! I used a co-ordinate plane to show the landscape we all walk through in life. I chose it since I am quite sure you´re familiar with this method from old school days. In this co-ordinate plane I marked the Level 1 position in the negative sector, for a reason.
The Level 1 position is placed below the zero line of “t” (time) because it is the time and years you never really decided on your own. You were a rather passive decider. Say, is this “you” …. you just read about?
If so you where maybe one of those who enjoyed the luxury of having a leader. Following a leader is good if the leader gets you where you belong and where you want to go in life. As an example, if you grew up in a family it was probably one of your parents, both or a sibling. And the relevant proposition must have been trust, complete openness and strong cooperation between the two or three of you.
Therefore the “t” line is the point in life at any age, for Level 1 people and you, when you (suddenly) wake up and decide to now write your own plan. Fact: you can only enter self-leadership once you start making your own decisions, taking over responsibility and agreeing to all appearing consequences….. t.b.c.
BE A DECISION MAKER. BE OUTSTANDING.
