Let´s Get Personal: Worth is King
Compared to formal group and business team decisions, which are mostly ruled by a fix budget and specific goals to reach we make our decisions in personal life connected to what we value most. Our heart might go first and allows the ratio to follow!
Test yourself:
MATERIAL: if you drive a car you love and you enter a huge parking lot, don´t you choose to park next to the same car or to the same brand or …. at least next to the same coloured car when the free spot is close to the entry door?
HUMAN: don´t you decide to “try to” make friends with people who are born the same day you are born? Or to those who have the same name as….
FORWARD: don´t you trust people you meet more easily and faster if you both figure out you´ve been through similar life experience, which is also a decision you make?
VALUES: are formed by your education and upbringing and your life experience:
freedom, honesty, looks, adventure, power, partnership, fairness/justice, openness, respect, punctuality, intelligence, pleasure, appreciation…. and many more ……
When it comes to personal decision making we compare – our brain compares and whatever we deeply value becomes a magnet to what we will decide.
> WHY do I write about it? Okay, here´s a trap we might fall into:
If you LOVE YOURSELF you can quite be sure that the decisions you make will head your life into a positive and therefore into a successful direction. It´s almost a guarantee once you´re informed about the consequences.
If you DON´T LOVE YOURSELF, and you don´t value yourself and you aren´t happy with your past…. well, what do you think will you do when it comes to decision making? Will you decide supportive and valuable? Will you decide in a positive way for your future life as an informed individual or will you rather sabotage yourself?
I think I don´t need to add the idea of how you´ll decide if you don´t VALUE (or like) your current job.
BE A DECISION MAKER. BE OUTSTANDING.
