What we decide and do next, what others decide and do next is what connects us and keeps the business running. Yes, you know this and I do, but we often only run after one project, we mostly concentrate on the main thing. To keep your busienss up and running you have to take care of the little projects as well. It´s the no success things, the “have to do´s” without much outcome – right now. If you keep it all running you will notice that everything counts in the long run.

Have a disciplined information Mgmt. and best case, make notes in your outlook calendar when to check up the next info, relevant feedback or note the contact name in case the urgent info doesn´t come in automatically. It´s a little chaotic to overview open issues in various channels (or on various lands or stages, whatever suits your thinking best!) which are all in a different stadium of growth or ending. Yes, it´s like checking the different temperatures and weather conditions on each open project, if you compare your office work to a news-chanel. And this is how the world goes round: each project is like life on another continent with a different status of development than the other, and your job is much more than only being a President or Chancellor of ONE Confederation of a country “X”.
Keeping up with the complete overview is the key, and to leave it in the lock of your business, make sure to have all open issues running and to go after the next result actively.
