HOW 2 Benefit From The Theorist
In my last post I wrote about the Style of Conduct Where to purchase prednisolone in Columbus and I introduced you to the 4 styles of people with their single features.
Today I start with the first one, the Theorist, who helps you indirectly improving your decision making ability. I will explain today how you can benefit from this style if it´s not your natural style of conduct.
- The Theorist
acts and thinks analytical, detailed, technical, logical, mathematical, dominant, self-reliant or confident, energetic, independent, in readiness for conflicts, determined, critical, consequent, reserved or distant.
ANALYTICAL ability:
helps you straighten your goal and getting into the (new) direction. The theorist sits down and thinks his challenge or problem through. He gets to the source of it and grabs the challenge by its root/cause. This helps acting efficient. It´s saves time and brings you forward.
DETAILED thinker:
He´s able to make a plan and include all the relevant details, incl. a good Time-Mgmt. Being detailed cuts potential surprises short. It saves you energy.
LOGICAL thinker:
logic puts things into a step-by-step row or line, and it also helps acting efficient. It helps you setting up a process and delivers overview. Logic is the structure in your new plan. Structure delivers overview. It helps setting up a clear decision process without traps.
SELF-RELIANT acting:
This part is most interesting! People who are confident and self-reliant don´t doubt their new goal. Thou´ it maybe takes some success to become confident. Those people don´t tend to look back to think things over again – no, they move on. They tend to move straight forward. Again, it´s an efficient acting which saves them energy.
In READYNESS for (inner) Conflicts:
a theorist is no conflict-avoidant (!), opposite: a theorist is facing the conflicts. She or he is ready to face and solve them. A conflict, remember results from opposed interests and needs. A conflict is a deviation at thinking, feeling or at willingness. It can be intrapersonal (inside of you) or interpersonal (with s.o. else) or results from an unclear organisation.
If you change something in your life be sure it won´t run smooth and straight from the beginning. You´ll have to face trouble and any conflict consumes energy! This is where you need to invest some energy and act in-efficient.
CRITICAL:
being critical helps looking behind a wall or a closed door. It is an aid to think of the worst case! This is important when choosing from alternatives. Being critical helps checking your inner self: how resilient are you? How good is your outlook ability?
CONSEQUENCE:
if you plan to act in a new way or move on a new path you need to be consequent! The theorist acts consequently by nature. It´s no new acting, he only adjusts it to the new plan. You need consequence to not turn around and move back to where you came from.
Consequence keeps you away from old habits and its pattern. It is the magnet that keeps you on your new path towards your new goal, every day and every minute, for weeks or months. It assists like an inner compass! View it as a strong guide toward your goal.
RESERVED:
if you´re acting reserved you have the ability to stay away from any distraction. Nothing will be alterative for you if you have a reserved personality. It functions like a shield and supports you to stay on your path like a guard railing. It works effecient as well.
Sounds like the theorist seems to be pretty good at making decisions!
But any theory needs to become an exercise and this is where you find out how much of being a theorist is truly helpful for your individual decision making process!
BE A DECISION MAKER. BECOME OUTSTANDING.
