Hey, Relax!
We´re getting close to 4 years by now –
Yes, you read my BLog-posts since almost 4 years by now! We managed a lot of topics, ideas, hints and analysis´ when it comes to Decision-Making and all the connected actions. Time to say: thanks!!
It´s mid´ October and we quite passed another year together – so, STOP! Right here, right now: STOP.
STOP, being so aware of your decision-making issues. STOP concentrating too much on single details. STOP making notes. It´s time…..
It´s TIME to trust.
It´s TIME to change into automatic mode.
It´s TIME to trust your gut feelings by now.
It´s TIME TO BE the Decision Maker you already became in the past 4 years.
START reflecting this years´ Decisions you´ve made to change things in life!
Share the results with us! Any tough ones?
I had a quite challenging year and yes, there were a couple of decisions I took:
successfully finishing my studies to be a “Trainer of Quality-Management” inclusively QMR Certificate.
Next, I had the eBook project on my to-do list: I decided to write two eBooks in 2 different languages with the same content. Therefore, I decided to include 2 special video-clips for you.
As a result, I was asked to offer a new Workshop just about “Informative Presentations” and “Giving an Informative Presentation”. This new topic does complete my Decision Trainings well, which is why I chose to agree to this request. I created and delivered the new Workshop within 6 weeks.
For 3 years straight I was a happy and improving Toastmaster with 2 active Board Roles. This year I decided to give it a break and relax for a while. I am happy I finished it so far with the ACB and ALB Certificates. On top, last year 2 Toastmasters and me from the Club in Hannover, we decided to start chartering a new Toastmasters Club and still, unfortunately it doesn´t look like we´re gonna make it. We had dicussions lately and decided to stop this challenging try by early December if we don´t count 20 committed people by then. It was so much fun!
Reflecting, I understand that my current business as a Decision-Trainer will take way more time to grow than I thought of, so I have to brainstorm and make clear decisions about what extra business I shall start in 2017 for extra support – to get back up on my feet and enter the market from another side! !
…… any ideas for me? 🙂
Okay, this is about YOU and this BLog is about inspiring you to reflect on your past years decisions. Until end of this year 2016, hey: relax!
Take off some pressure, put it aside and have a few plans for Christmas.
Think about the new year, maybe brainstorm about a few new goals – if necessary – and then, lay back to get comfortable with your current Decision-Making ability. I bet you´re great by now! Xou learned a lot, so RELAX.
BE A DECISION MAKER. BE OUTSTANDING.
