Information Mgmt. (IM) is what makes your business grow – fact.
Call IM the fuel what the motor of each car needs to run, view it has the growth hormones which our body needs to grow during the 14 year long childhood phase, it is what it is: each stable business also grows between 5 to 10 years. Fact.
To run your business you have to articulate (via IM) why your ideal customer or leading competitor hasn´t yet solved the problem your company intends to fix. Plus: Know how much customers will pay for the solution. That´s all part of the IM.
How does IM run?
Like this: involve others and spread the news. Not only newspapers and TV channels do it. The product itself does it. A book does it – by its title. It carries messages for the customer and consumer, wrapped in a story.
Fashion uses t-shirts for messages. And some messages are more hidden and still very effective with their global intention. I own a sweater-jacket designed by Sportalm. I just love their classic-sporty clothes! On the button surface is a printed message, very tiny but effective: “this garment has been designed by SPORTALM… Europe Asia America will wear it with Pride as well as Britain. Fact. Inside is a print which says: Sportalm goes British – a clear message to go global and play the world. Small, effective, honest. This button is quite a conservative action step and the consumer on each level gets in direct touch with it.
IM is all about your niche!
Choose and reach your customers that focus on your niche market and biz sector. It gets you in front of judges who know the community and/or industry. Staying with your niche will get you targeted feedback from veteran investors (if you go big) and business leaders in the specific field. And there is a another booster: pitching in a niche hones the pitch much faster. Feedback (IM) is as valuable as investors money (Capital).
