Best decisions you will make are those which include all the information you need to step into the “land of the consequences”. Let me call it atypically “land” and not path, because you will step onto it and live with it. I want to draw exactly that picture in your mind.
Relevant information is the one which effects your business internally and which effects your decision externally. In the beginning it´s a lot of work! Only once you start you and your team will have to do a lot to get this information. That´s where I step in and support you.
Internally is the passive part, your part: you have to develop information. The development phase is where you take everything apart to find differences. Like scientists do. Big companies have their own development dept., their people test and experiment to create improvement for their customers. Same in hospitals and universities which work hand in hand for improvement and new results for their customers/patients.
They both research and generate new information. Like me, here. Let me ask you now: who works in your development dept.? Or who took over that task for once a week?
You can read a lot to win and combine new information. Now take this: you have to speak at least two languages to be able to read and speak about different things, opinions, structures, results, beliefs and happenings. You must widen your horizon! Fact. Each language opens a new door and speaking two languages is dealable for us. A third one opens another door so check the “must” for your business. In the past men married women from another country to get that language door open. Still, it´s common nowadays but if you run a company and you want to participate in the global market, you need to have competent employees. A wife sometimes isn´t enough.
Each of us has the chance to watch movies, documentaries and travel for new information. You need to look for the accuracy of fit for the information – for your biz.
The information is worthy once it expands the knowledge or cognition of the world. Fact. And this is the secret sentence for you:

New information helps walking down the path or finishing an intent or plan. It might also play with your fantasy. Technology knows the facts: a difference is measurbale. It´s limited by numbers. Like in the Health Care sector. New information gives opportunity to compare and measure the new level.
A difference allows a distance to the old knowledge or facts. It marks the other end or it stretches the distance between both. Let me jump a bit ahead here: a critical mind is always looking for evidence to support our beliefs. Measurable information delivers this evidence. It turns beliefs into facts. But, our beliefs are only as strong as our emotions. And a strong belief develops a great tendency to seek out supporting evidence. This is how you generate facts. And you want facts to run your business, right?
THIS is exactly about information and information is clearly about decision making and the process of your decision making acknowledges the time you invested to get there. Allow me to point out to keep this in mind: the first walk on new land is the longest! Yes, you find this evidence in the human history – without getting emotional.
