Find Out Where To Go, You Cannot Follow Any Tracks
The decision-analysis is the first step to lay your tracks. You need tracks to get to your goal. Fact. To find your ideal and most efficient tracks to your goal you simply follow this 3 step-method:
Approach – choose the most convenient …..
Item – the chosen can be a practical item like a machine, tool, device or employee…..
Constraint – describes the purpose of the chosen item, i.e. “for sales increase purpose” or “for editing the speech” or script
Each decision is related to a preliminary decision. Keep the goal visible, always. Stay or go with the decisions you took – do not question those steps. Have a clear definition of your goal.
Let´s assume you look for the most efficient transportation for your shippings and that´s your goal. You will do the following:
- Choose the best transportationsystem: decide about either outsourcing or buying a new truck
- Choose the most efficient and best matching truck model
- Choose the final truck model to buy
Your definition: avoid negative descriptions and statements, no closed questions, don´t include “and” when describing decision topics and do not include any alternatives. Stay tuned…..
BE A DECISION MAKER. BE OUTSTANDING.
