Divide The Criteria
This week I received a blog-post from James Clear in my In-box!
He was introducing the “Eisenhower Box”, explaining how to get back to productivity, learn and read more about it here: Eisenhower Box
James Clear writes about the tasks and goals within leadership – which is a big part of our daily decision making! And with an improved decision making structure and process we turn ourselves and the company we work for more productive. Huge advantage and benefit! Have fun reading …..

Okay, this month I take a deeper look into the “criteria box” and I´d like to introduce you to a new VIDEO clip which I filmed this week for you:
As described in my last 2 blog-posts, you start with a precondition, add some requirements (improvement) and be satisfied with what you chose to add. That´s how you set the criteria. The video explains it again for those who prefer to watch and listen, instead of reading.
Make sure you understand the part of setting a contrast to what you will differentiate yourself or your product from. The certain criteria you choose for your service or product will set you or your product apart from the rest on the market. Criteria tell a difference! The potential customer needs a difference to choose from. It´s the customer who needs the contrast, the fine line between 2 and more options she and he will choose from.
It´s the criteria which make things attractive or unattractive to the one who chooses.
In the next week, I will explain the two different kinds of criteria, which is (1) the “Selection-Criteria” and (2) the “Elimination-Criteria”! There is an important difference to obey for you. I´ll give examples as well.
Feel free to leave a comment! Thank you –
BE A DECISION MAKER. BECOME OUTSTANDING.
