Deciding IS Organizing
Deciding is organizing!
We arrange and build a structure: for life, for work, for customers. We decide and organize our life, our daily work and the demands of our customers.
It´s about putting independent actions into a reasonable order. Plus, we can only crack our habits by deciding for something new!
My dear BLog-post reader,
I am convinced that we are not aware of how MUCH and how OFTEN we decide, daily. Are you aware that all your habits are originally trained decisions? Either trained (decisions) by your parents or by a sport-trainer or by your friends and yourself.
The moment we plan to change something in our “life” we again have to make a decision to change “it”! And to let “it” become a new habit for us we have to duplicate this decision more often until we do it automatically. If we plan to change our personal program “x” in our brain, we truly have to take care of it more than once.
Deciding also means organizing.
It means arranging our actions and re-arranging our actions.
Just yesterday at an event I grabbed this info and noted this for you: our brains perception gets activated by what we WANT to do and what we OUGHT to do. Our brain works primary on what we´d love to accomplish or win, and only secondary on what we´re told to accomplish or win, e. g. told by a potential boss or friend or spouse.
Think about it for a moment!
Ask yourself: “What will I start doing right away – reaching my personal goal or someone elses goal?” What gets you up faster and more motivated: running after your dream or running after somebody elses dream?
Right here is the crux of the matter when it comes to leadership and influencing your people.
Do you agree to this?
Think about it for a moment….. in terms of leadership:
The inner picture of the boss´ dream must be very close to your personal inner picture (of the same goal) to get up and be 1:1 motivated to go for it. I am sure when you´re an experienced parent you know what I am talking about.
A fisherman uses wise words as: the bait has to be tasty for the fish, not for the fisherman.
Every action is part of a strong decision! That includes, that beforehand we decide we deal & work with a lot of information to be sure to decide for the right way or the right thing.
It has to make us GET UP!
Action by strong and well-thought-out decisions also is part of leadership: either self-leadership or classic leadership.
Now, think about it.
BE A DECISION MAKER. BE OUTSTANDING.
