Satisfy the Customer: Take care of your customer and they will take care of you! Know what your customers want and need. Get the relevant data: hire a company to survey your customers, get on the internet to find a research firm, pick up the phone and call them, write them. Every business has to satisfy customers just as every business has to make a profit.
Quality: Quality creates the most powerful of all marketing forces: word of mouth! Best example is the Automobile Industry. I guess here´s nothing to add…..
