CIP = Continuous Improvement Process
The CIP idea comes from the Quality Mgmt. Area, organized by the ISO 9001 standard. It includes a lot of decision making actions and responsibility …..
….. but first of all, I am wishing you a Happy, Healthy & Successful New Year !! It´s 2016 !!
My dear blogpost readers,
this years articles will be ruled by company driven topics. I start concentrating for you on the quality standards which all ask for a lot of decision making. And yes, it relates to rational decisions only!
Emotional decisions can´t be measured by Management and we have trouble to correct what we can´t measure. Every business needs some kind of control. This year I help you control your decisions to avoid damage and lack of direction.
If you ask yourself now what CIP is about, well – here´s the answer.
CIP includes these 8 sectors:
1: Idea Mgmt.
2: Claim Mgmt.
3: Customer Satisfaction
4: External Audits
5: Internal Audits
6: Quality Circles
7: Employee Satisfaction
8: Benchmarking / Index numbers
In my future blog-posts this year, I´ll explain these 8 sectors by meaning. I will point out how your decision making is going to incfluence the business. Fact is, we make a lot of decisions and many already became a habit. Change your decisions and you´ll change your habits and your business results. Automatically.
No, this is no “woodoo” and yes, we need a magnet which pulls us over to a new side or direction of actions. Mainly, it´s a goal or an objective to which we turn to. Aiming and reaching for new goals, the ideal goals, is what is going to change the biz results and the daily actions and decisions. This asks for a lot of awareness!
Are you always aware of what you do in the daily business? If you want to improve on the CIP stage, feel free to follow my blog-posts in 2016! I am happy to meet you here soon, thank you –
BE A DECISION MAKER. BE OUTSTANDING.
