Did you ever consider your own decision criteria when facing another big decision in life?
Or did you act intuitively without sitting down to literally write and then view what your gut offers? Remember: your current gut feelings are formed by your past experiences.
It´s a passive pattern detector.
But – say, what does YOUR criteria look like?
You may now sit down and think about it before you go on reading and if your time allows to ……
I have an example for you today, which very much matches our life in the 21st Century, here in our Western area, for how to set personal criteria.
It was posted last week by Brendon Burchard on his Youtube channel and I recommend to watch it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QrIet-MuueQ&feature=em-subs_digest
He talks about 5 points to consider when making decisions in life and explains WHY it´s these 5 points. I think the “well-being” factor has the most power in our life. It was one of my main criteria-points in my entire past! Make sure when you decide for something, that it makes you feel good and smile!
It´s so relevant because this is directly linked to our energy. Our energy-level is linked to our resilience. When you make “good” decisions in life, you automatically take care of the long-term run. LIFE is a LONG-TERM RUN!
Now go ahead and watch the 10 min. video clip! Enjoy –
BE A DECISION MAKER. BECOME OUTSTANDING.
